The tilt-bed truck backs into position. We require a straight-line path to slide the container smoothly off the trailer bed.
The trailer tilts downward, allowing the rear corner of the Corten steel unit to make contact with your prepared ground surface.
Our driver pulls forward slowly, leaving the container in place. We test the doors to ensure smooth operation before departure.
Clearance and Ground Rules
Straight-Line Clearance
To safely drop a 20-foot container, our trucks require at least 60 feet of straight-line clearance. For 40-foot units, we require 100 feet of unobstructed space to maneuver and pull away.
Delivery Day Prep
Ensure overhead branches are cleared to 14 feet. Verify the ground is dry and solid. Keep the path clear of vehicles.
Surface Preparation
Containers must sit on flat, level ground. Concrete pads, asphalt, compacted gravel, or dry, firm earth are ideal. Soft mud or steep slopes will prevent proper door alignment.
